During busy periods, product launches, sales, or event weekends, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow time for the tracking link to update once your parcel has been collected or scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the shipping option selected, and carrier delays.
Express shipping is faster than standard shipping, but it does not change our 1–3 business day order processing time.
Incorrect Shipping Details

Thrill Therapy is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking first. If there is an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
