How long will my order take to be sent?

Most orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items may take longer and will be shipped based on the timeframe listed on the product page.


What shipping options do you offer?

We ship with Australia Post.

Within Australia, we offer standard and express shipping.

For international orders, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your location, parcel size, and selected shipping method.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on eligible full-priced Australian orders over $100.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible and does not apply to orders containing sale items.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

Australia Standard Post: 2–5 business days

Australia Express Post: 1–3 business days

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Rest of world: 5–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post, customs, peak periods, or delays outside our control.


What is your return policy?

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

If you need a different size or style, submit a return request and we’ll help you with the next step.


What should I do if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly and help resolve it.


Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Sale items, clearance items, custom items, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.


How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
