How long will my order take?
Once purchased, your order will be sent within 1-3 business days. Pre-Order items will be sent 1-2 weeks after purchase.
Shipping?
We offer standard and express shipping within Australia and standard shipping for International.
All international postage costs are calculated at checkout and subject to your location, parcel size and the shipping service chosen. We will only ever charge you the exact shipping cost - We charge you what Australia Post charges us.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted. If you have any questions about the exchange process, don’t hesitate to reach out!
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We want to make things right! Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or you can have the choice of store credit. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now ship internationally!! If we do not have your country/location, please email us at admin@thrilltherapy.com.au and we can get that sorted for you. We are only shipping to locations that have a high demand at this current moment.

How do I join Thrill Therapy Rewards?

Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes — points are linked to your Thrill Therapy customer account, so you must be logged in to earn and redeem points.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by shopping and completing certain actions.

You can also earn points for actions like creating an account, joining the newsletter, following us on Instagram, and your birthday (when enabled).
When do my points get added?
Points are usually added after your order is successfully processed. If points don’t show instantly, give it a little time and check again later.
What do points get earned on?
Points are earned on the product subtotal only (not shipping or taxes).
Do I earn points on shipping, taxes, or gift cards?
No — points are not earned on shipping, taxes, or gift card purchases (if applicable).
What rewards can I redeem points for?
Rewards may include:

Can I use more than one reward in the same order?

Why didn’t my free shipping work?

What happens if I return an order?

Can I transfer points to someone else?
No — points are tied to your account and can’t be transferred.
I forgot to log in — can you add points manually?
In most cases, points can only be earned when orders are connected to your account. If you think something’s wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
I redeemed points but didn’t use the reward — what happens?
If a reward code was generated but not used, it may still be available in your rewards panel (depending on how it was issued). If it’s missing, contact us.
Can Thrill Therapy change the rewards program?
Yes — we may update the program from time to time (rewards, points, rules) to keep it fair and sustainable. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
