We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders. All postage rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
POSTAGE TIMES:
Australia: Allow 2-5 business days for regular post and 1-3 business days for express post.
New Zealand: Allow *2-4 business days.
Rest of the World: Allow *3-10 business days..

All international postage costs are calculated at checkout and subject to your location, parcel size and the shipping service chosen. We will only ever charge you the exact shipping cost - We charge you what Australia Post charges us.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do everything we can to keep our customers happy, however we have no control over international shipping! Please contact us if you have any concerns.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES:
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at admin@thrilltherapy.com.au
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and labels. Item must not have been worn or washed.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please retain your proof of postage.
- Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund/store credit or exchange within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund or replacement.
